Why us

Meet the Secure Practice people

The Secure Practice team.

Why we do what we do

At Secure Practice, we care about cybersecurity because it resonates with our deepest values.

Teaching people how to prioritize safety for themselves and their colleagues fills us with a profound sense of connection and fulfilment.

That’s because effective cybersecurity education is all about making personal connections.

When people experience how cybersecurity impacts their own lives, they get actively involved and adopt safer practices. Snowballing, the benefits extend to their colleagues and community.

As a team, our goal is to help you build the relationships you need to make cybersecurity a driver for positive change in your organization.

Practice what you preach

Our team is based in Trondheim, Norway, so the values we practice in our company reflect our culture:

  • support - we cultivate an environment where every team member feels safe to explore, take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them without fear of judgment

  • kindness - we believe people are doing their best with what they have, where they are, so we strive to bring out the best in each other with candid feedback

  • autonomy - we trust each other to use our unique abilities and expertise to create innovative and effective solutions for our customers’ cybersecurity challenges

These values guide our daily practice and they influence how we build our product and how we serve our customers. They help us embrace change, encourage resilience, and foster a culture of collaboration and trust.

If you resonate with them, our manifesto may serve as inspiration for your own security practice.
